Take orders on WhatsApp, on your own channel.

Regulars already message you for food. ordr.ae shows them the menu in the chat, builds the cart, takes the delivery or pickup details, and sends the order to your team.

Why order on WhatsApp

Phone orders tie up staff during the rush, and messages get missed when the kitchen is busy. On WhatsApp the customer's order arrives complete and written down, and the conversation stays on your number with your own customers.

From menu to kitchen

Customers browse categories and items in the chat, see prices, and build a cart. At checkout they choose delivery or pickup. New orders appear on your orders board, where your team accepts them and moves them along.

  • Menu and prices from your catalog
  • Delivery or pickup, with your delivery fee
  • VAT shown the way you set it

Updates at each step

Customers get a message as their order moves from accepted to ready or out for delivery, so fewer people call to ask where their food is. They can also ask for the status in the chat.

Arabic and English menus

Your menu appears in the customer's language, and they can switch at any time. If someone asks about allergens or a special request that isn't in your details, the assistant passes it to your team.
